You will develop dashboards and reports, translate data into actionable insights, and lead analytics initiatives to drive measurable business outcomes. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or technical discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in BI/Analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in exploratory data analysis (EDA).
• Advanced proficiency in ETL with SQL, Python, Alteryx or equivalents.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau or Power BI and Excel.
• Experience with relational databases, large datasets, and analytical data models.
• Strong business acumen; communicate findings via presentations and visuals.
• Technical expertise in data mining, database development, and segmentation.
• Advanced proficiency in trend analysis and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in prescriptive analytics and hypothesis testing.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
