URM Stores, Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to lead enterprise reporting, analytics, semantic modeling and data delivery. You will support SAP BusinessObjects and DB2 reporting while advancing Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Prefect and governed data products.

You will lead BI developers and analysts, drive adoption of modern analytics delivery practices, and ensure solutions are accurate, scalable and aligned with URM’s priorities.

Qualificações

• Eight+ years in BI/analytics, reporting, data warehousing or related data delivery roles.
• Three+ years leading technical teams, analytics portfolios, or BI delivery functions.
• Experience with SAP BusinessObjects, Universes, Web Intelligence, DB2, SQL or similar platforms.
• Strong BI governance, KPI standardization, semantic modeling, data quality, and stakeholder delivery.
• Experience with SQL, dimensional concepts, reporting performance, and production support.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the enterprise BI roadmap with technology and business leaders.
• Establish standards for dashboards, reports, datasets, semantic models, KPIs, naming and testing.
• Lead intake, prioritization, planning, and delivery of BI requests and dashboards.
• Modernize SAP BusinessObjects and DB2 reporting assets into scalable, governed analytics products.
• Lead, coach and develop BI developers, analysts, and offshore resources.
• Promote use of Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran and Prefect for analytics delivery.
