Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to advance analytics across the commercial sales environment. You will design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models to empower sales leadership with actionable insights.

You will partner with analysts and IT teams to translate requirements into scalable reporting solutions, ensure governance, and contribute to data quality and AI-enabled analytics initiatives across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in sales analytics, commercial analytics, or business intelligence.
• Ability to partner with senior sales leadership to define KPI, forecast, and translate analytics into actions.
• Strong technical and analytical capability with Salesforce, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, Excel and data viz tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for sales insights.
• Translate business needs into scalable reporting using Power BI and related data sources.
• Develop, optimize, and support data models, report logic, and dashboard functionality for performance.
• Partner with analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions.
• Support forecasting, performance reporting, and insight generation across the commercial sales environment.
• Troubleshoot report issues and data inconsistencies to ensure reliable daily reporting.
• Contribute to data validation, testing, and release readiness for reporting changes.
• Maintain DataMart reliability, scalability, and analytics assets.
• Identify opportunities to improve report design and user experience.
• Follow governance and development standards for sustainable analytics delivery.
