The role balances day-to-day delivery with long-term capability building, ensuring DataMart reliability and governance in analytics delivery.

Qualifications

7+ years in sales analytics, commercial analytics, or business intelligence.
Partner with senior sales leadership to define KPIs, forecast, and turn analytics into actions.
Strong technical and analytical capability with Salesforce, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and Excel.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and data visualizations for sales insights.
Translate business needs into scalable reports and analytics solutions.
Develop and optimize data models, report logic, and dashboard functionality.
Collaborate with analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams to align reporting with priorities.
Support forecasting, performance reporting, and insight generation across commercial sales.
Troubleshoot data issues and ensure reliable day-to-day reporting.
Contribute to data validation, testing, and release readiness for analytics assets.
