Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in sales analytics, commercial analytics, or business intelligence.
• Ability to partner with senior sales leadership to define KPIs, forecast, and translate analytics into actionable sales strategies.
• Strong technical and analytical capability with Salesforce, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, Excel and data visualization platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and data visualizations that support sales insights and decision-making.
• Translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions using Power BI and related data sources.
• Develop and optimize data models, report logic, and dashboard functionality to improve usability and performance.
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions.
• Support forecasting, performance reporting, and insight generation across the commercial sales environment.
• Troubleshoot report issues and data inconsistencies to ensure reliable day-to-day reporting.
