Job summary

SiriusPoint, Bermuda-headquartered with offices in New York, is seeking an AVP, Business Intelligence Manager to lead enterprise reporting, dashboards, and analytics. You will guide the BI team, partner with stakeholders, and evolve the practice toward AI-driven decision intelligence using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and AWS Redshift.

You will shape strategy, governance, and operating models, own the BI roadmap, and ensure data quality, security, and scalable data products.

Qualifications

Progressive experience in BI, reporting, analytics, or data engineering with leadership.
Ability to lead managers, engineers, or analysts to high performance.
Strong knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and cloud data platforms.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the BI roadmap, standards, and delivery approach aligned to data strategy.
Embed AI across the BI delivery lifecycle to improve speed and quality.
Lead BI engineers and analysts, setting objectives and development plans.
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to translate needs into scalable BI solutions.
Oversee executive dashboards, operational reporting, and analytical products across functions.
Ensure data quality, governance, and security across platforms.
