SiriusPoint is hiring a Business Intelligence Engineer to model governed enterprise data into insights and analytics. You will build trusted data sources, dashboards, and AI-ready datasets using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and AWS/Azure cloud tools.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, ensure data quality, and evolve reporting toward AI-augmented insights while maintaining governance and auditability across enterprise data platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in insurance data or a similar domain.
• Strong SQL and Redshift skills; experience with BI tools.
• Ability to design scalable data models and semantic layers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data requests.
• Extract and transform data from policy, claims, and market research sources.
• Create analytical datasets and data products for self-service analytics and AI.
