URM Stores, Inc. seeks a Business Intelligence Lead to be the senior technical leader for reporting and analytics solutions.

This role drives BI development, SAP BusinessObjects support, DB2 data warehouse reporting, semantic modeling, and dashboard architecture, while mentoring BI developers and partnering with stakeholders for accurate, secure, and reusable analytics. The position focuses on leading complex BI dashboards, enforcing BI standards, and ensuring solutions are aligned with

Qualifications

• Five+ years in BI development or related data delivery roles.
• Advanced experience with SAP BusinessObjects, Universes, Web Intelligence, and DB2 data warehouse sources.
• Strong SQL, data and semantic modeling, and dashboard design skills.
• Experience building reporting solutions for operational users, leaders, and executives.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to business and technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and QA skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of complex BI dashboards, reports, universes, datasets, semantic models, and analytical products.
• Establish and enforce BI standards for modeling, naming, calculations, visualization, documentation, testing, and deployment.
• Review BI solutions for accuracy, performance, maintainability, security, and alignment with enterprise standards.
• Troubleshoot SAP BusinessObjects, DB2, SQL, data validation, performance, and user adoption issues.
• Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements, define metrics, and validate BI solutions.
• Translate reporting needs into technical designs, data requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivery tasks.
• Create reusable templates, documentation, and patterns using Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, and Prefect where applicable.
