CenterWell, a Humana subsidiary, seeks a Business Intelligence Lead to guide data and analytics for the VA Contact Center, transforming data from CRM, telephony, and related systems into actionable insights that drive performance and decisions.

You will partner with VA Leadership, Enrollment, Operations and IT to identify trends, opportunities, and AI/RPA use cases, delivering clear recommendations to executives while communicating complex data to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 8+ years of technical data analysis experience or Master's with 4+ years of experience
• 5+ years of technical experience in data analysis
• Experience with large, complex data sets in large organizations
• Ability to analyze data to solve business problems and create data visualizations
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate requirements between business, PM and technical projects

Responsabilités

• 50% Drives data integration projects and provides insights for broad consumption with IT collaboration
• 25% Serves as data steward for customer service data feeds and quality monitoring
• 15% Performs ad hoc data queries to support operations
• 10% Develops and maintains contact center reporting including government-required reports
