Job summary

CenterWell is seeking a Business Intelligence Lead to guide data analytics for the VA Contact Center. You will drive data integration, governance, and reporting across CRM, telephony, workforce management, and related systems to deliver actionable insights and support strategic decisions.

The role partners with leadership to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and to advance AI/RPA initiatives that improve efficiency, accuracy and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 8+ years of technical data analysis experience OR Master's degree with 4+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of technical experience in data analysis.
• Experience handling large, complex data sets in large organizations.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights for senior leadership.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex findings to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive data integration projects and provide insights for broad consumption.
• Serve as data steward for customer service data feeds; monitor data quality.
• Perform ad hoc data queries to support business operations.
• Develop and maintain contact center reporting and government-required reports.
