Job summary

Staples Advantage Canada in Framingham is seeking a Senior Analyst, BI & Insights to partner with Customer Success leadership. You will move beyond traditional reporting to surface opportunities, define KPI frameworks, and deliver executive-ready insights that guide strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with the RAD team to design Power BI dashboards, analyze trends, and provide clear, actionable recommendations that drive business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in analytics or related field.
• 3+ years in analytics, BI, or strategy roles with KPI definitions.
• Advanced Power BI and dashboard design knowledge.
• SQL and data exploration experience.
• Experience with AI-enabled analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps across Customer Success.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses and root-cause investigations to surface insights.
• Define KPI frameworks, metrics definitions, and governance standards.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and translate business questions into measurable outcomes.
• Develop executive insight summaries, performance narratives, and recommendations for leadership.
• Define dashboard objectives and visualization requirements; collaborate on dashboards and scorecards.
