The role emphasizes rapid execution within two-week sprints and a 60/20/20 capacity model, with up to 15% travel to partner sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field or a business degree with strong quantitative focus.
• 3–5 years in BI, advanced analytics, or data modeling.
• Proficient in SQL with ability to write complex queries and feature engineering.
• Proficiency in Python or R with statistical modeling libraries.
• Hands-on experience building ML models to solve business problems.
• Strong communication to explain complex stats to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, servant-leadership mindset to enable other teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Account 360 Medallion Architecture with diverse datasets to power predictive models.
• Perform deep-dive analytics, segmentation, and scenario planning using Python/R and SQL.
• Create automated data pipelines and enrich datasets with firmographics and prospects.
• Deliver working data products quickly, iterating with stakeholder feedback.
• Share advanced analytical techniques within the team during sprint cross-training.
• Manage workload within a 10-point sprint with 20% protected tech debt buffer.
