Job summary

DTCC is seeking a Lead BI Engineer to drive the design and delivery of enterprise analytics using Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, and modern data technologies. You will transform complex data into actionable insights, lead high-impact analytics initiatives, and mentor team members across the organization.

You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders, own the BI lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment, and help advance DTCC's data modernization journey in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6–8 years in BI, data analytics, reporting, or related tech roles.
• Strong Power BI expertise and cloud data platform experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, development, and optimization of enterprise Power BI dashboards and analytics.
• Translate complex requirements with stakeholders into actionable insights.
• Develop scalable data models and SQL-driven reports.
• Lead BI initiatives through full development lifecycle.
• Mentor junior team members and enforce BI standards.
• Support data modernization and maintain existing reporting platforms.
