Job summary

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. seeks an IT BI Manager to lead enterprise analytics and AI-enabled reporting. You will own data pipelines, semantic models, and governance while partnering with the DAIE team to deploy AI-enabled solutions across the organization.

Responsibilities include designing scalable data architectures, building Power BI dashboards, and mentoring the DAIE team to mature dbt and Snowflake practices. Strong SQL, Power BI, and governance experience are required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with SQL for reporting, analytics and data preparation.
• Proficiency with Power BI for report and dashboard development.
• Experience with AI coding agents and AI-enabled business tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Snowflake Cortex Analyst/Agents).
• Experience applying data governance principles and establishing single-source-of-truth architectures.
• Project management experience coordinating complex multi-phase initiatives.
• Experience with Snowflake and dbt are strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Python for automation scripts and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Plans, sequences, and delivers complex, multi-phase data analytics initiatives.
• Partners with business units to gather requirements and translate needs into scalable pipelines and reporting architectures.
• Implements AI-enabled solutions (Snowflake Cortex Analyst/Agents, Copilot) for business use.
• Ensures scalable, secure, enterprise-aligned solutions with IT and security teams.
• Develops advanced data models (dimensional, semantic, predictive) for enterprise analytics.
• Champions single-source-of-truth data architectures and consolidates reports.
• Establishes data governance, quality, access controls, and documentation.
• Writes and optimizes complex SQL queries for data access and transformation.
• Builds and maintains Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models.
