Job summary

RadNet is seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence Engineer to design, develop, and maintain advanced BI reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS. You will optimize SQL queries, mentor analysts, and align BI initiatives with business goals across stakeholders in healthcare analytics.

You will lead BI projects from planning through deployment, ensuring data integrity, security, and scalable performance while leveraging cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 5 years in a BI or related role.
Proficient in BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, SSRS and SQL.
Strong data modeling, ETL and data warehousing knowledge.
Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure).
Proven BI project leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain BI reports and dashboards.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to capture requirements.
Lead BI projects from planning to deployment and integration.
Mentor and guide BI Analysts to improve reporting capabilities.
