Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking an Engagement Delivery Manager for Business Intelligence, Data Transformation, and Analytics. You will lead enterprise BI, data engineering, AI/ML, and cloud modernization initiatives, working with executives and delivery teams to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and successful program outcomes.

You will manage cross-functional teams, govern scope and budgets, and ensure quality across enterprise reporting platforms like Power BI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related fields.
• 20+ years of IT experience with 6+ years delivering IT programs.
• 3+ years leading Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Transformation programs.
• Proven client-facing delivery leadership and services experience.
• Experience with BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau) and cloud data platforms.
• Strong governance, risk, contracts, and delivery operations knowledge.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban or hybrid delivery methods.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary IT delivery and operational partner for client leadership and stakeholders.
• Translate reporting requirements into roadmaps, plans, and technical solutions.
• Lead end-to-end BI, data analytics, AI/ML, and cloud data platform initiatives.
• Oversee governance, scope, finances, resource planning, and reporting.
• Manage cross-functional delivery teams including BI developers and data engineers.
• Drive enterprise reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and cloud analytics.
• Establish quality standards, sprint planning, governance, and release management.
• Promote data governance, security, analytics performance, and optimization.
• Monitor program health, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement.
• Foster client relationships and identify opportunities for innovation and value.
