Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a BI Developer to deliver advanced reporting, dashboards, and analytics for the Case Management Modernization program supporting AO’s data needs in a federal environment.

The role emphasizes strong SQL, Python, and BI tool expertise, with responsibility for governance, performance tuning, and AI/ML capabilities within compliant frameworks. Remote work across the United States is available.

Qualifications

• MA/MS degree with 5+ years or BS/BA degree with 7+ years of general experience.
• Expertise in python, SQL & data transformations supporting large-scale analytical data systems.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Qlik, AWS QuickSight, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with analytical data models and semantic layers.
• Experience delivering reporting in regulated or high-sensitivity data environment.
• Experience assisting with testing, by writing acceptance criteria & confirming test cases results.

Responsibilities

• Develop configurable dashboards, self-service reporting capabilities, and predictive analytics within the CMM application.
• Design intuitive, interactive dashboards and visualizations that communicate business insights.
• Coordinate and implement data replication or feeds to support downstream stakeholders.
• Drive user adoption of dashboards and reporting tools across targets users.
• Ensure reporting artifacts comply with privacy, access control, and data handling requirements.
• Establish and enforce data governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
