Job summary

Customers Bank in the United States is seeking a talented Business Intelligence Report Developer to join our Data and Analytics team. You will create and manage a centralized enterprise reporting environment to support a portfolio of cross‑business dashboards within PowerBI, delivering analytics aligned with our strategy.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of BI development experience, expert Power BI skills (DAX, modeling, governance) and familiarity with Fabric, Snowflake, and Databricks.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience BI development.
• Expert-level skills in Power BI (DAX, modeling, optimization, governance).
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric is highly preferred.
• BI/Cloud certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, Snowflake/Databricks/Fabric, Python data libraries and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of relational and dimensional modeling.
• Experience in Banking/Financial services industry.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and deliver optimized visualizations.
• Architect datasets for self-serve reporting with governed standards.
• Build and optimize enterprise-grade Power BI models, datasets, and dashboards.
• Develop advanced DAX and high-performance data models for large-scale analytics.
• Oversee Power BI governance: RLS, deployment pipelines, workspace design.
• Enable self-service BI through training and stakeholder support.
• Partner with data engineering to ensure clean, accurate analytics data.
• Leverage Fabric and Lakehouse/EDW to modernize BI delivery.
• Translate requirements into actionable BI solutions with leaders.
• Communicate insights effectively to influence decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement in BI processes and reliability.
• Guide change control and testing processes.
