Job summary

Academy Bank seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst to design, develop, and implement Power BI reports and analytics solutions. You will partner with business and technical teams to meet analytics objectives and deliver insights for bank leadership.

Responsibilities include building dashboards, collaborating with leaders, and applying DAX, M, SQL, and Snowflake knowledge to optimize reporting. This role emphasizes data quality, documentation, and cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in analytics, information systems, mathematics, statistics, business, finance, accounting, or related field.
Experience with the full analytics implementation lifecycle from data gathering to dashboards.
Knowledge of Power BI data querying and modeling (relationships, calculated columns, measures).
Snowflake platform experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop Power BI dashboards for business unit leaders with timely data and insights.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, clean, and transform datasets for reporting objectives.
Communicate complex data problems clearly to business and technical teams.
