Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum eight years of experience in business intelligence, SQL development, data development, analytics or similar.
• Advanced experience developing reports, dashboards and data solutions using Microsoft Power BI and SQL.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT, database development and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards and other BI tools.
• Translate department reporting needs into practical data solutions.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for Bank leaders.
• Establish meaningful measures and reporting to monitor performance.
• Ensure reports are understandable and useful for the audience.
• Research discrepancies and resolve issues affecting data usefulness.
