Job summary

Central Bank is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Developer to design and maintain reporting, data and BI solutions that inform operations, customers and performance. You’ll work across departments to translate needs into practical data solutions and ensure reliable data foundations.

Responsibilities include building dashboards, ETL/ELT processes, data modeling and governance, plus optimizing performance and accuracy of information used by Bank leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, SQL development, data development, analytics or similar.
• Advanced experience developing reports, dashboards and data solutions using Power BI and SQL.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT, database development and data integration.
• Strong data visualization and BI development practices.
• Experience with SQL Server, SSRS, Snowflake, Fabric preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards and BI tools.
• Collaborate with departments to translate needs into data solutions.
• Analyze data to identify trends, variances and opportunities.
• Define measures and reporting for performance monitoring.
• Ensure reports are understandable and useful for intended users.
• Maintain data processes and integrations across systems.
• Monitor data quality and governance practices.
