Vaco is seeking a BI Developer to design, build, and deliver enterprise reporting and dashboards using Power BI and IBM Cognos Analytics. You will work across Claims, Underwriting, Agency, Finance, and Operations to translate complex business requirements into scalable data models.

The role requires strong BI development experience, SQL, and data governance with cloud-based implementation on Azure data services for enterprise analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BI / Data Analytics development experience.
• Experience with insurance data or domains is a plus.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable data models.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop enterprise reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
• Build semantic data models and implement RLS and role-based security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on ETL/ELT processes and data integration.
• Develop Power BI and IBM Cognos analytics solutions across multiple business areas.
• Design cloud-based BI solutions on Azure with data lake and SQL.
