Job summary

The Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Business Intelligence Consultant to lead analytics initiatives and deliver data-driven insights for operational and strategic decisions.

You will design and maintain Power BI dashboards, write complex SQL across multiple data sources, and partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into reporting solutions. Prior healthcare analytics experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Business, Statistics, Accounting, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of related experience in reporting and analytics, preferably in healthcare.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Power BI or other coding languages such as SQL, SAS, Python, or R.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing analytical requests, building analytical solutions, and communicating insights to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to gather and define detailed business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Create and maintain Power BI reporting solutions and dashboards.
• Develop complex SQL queries and perform data manipulation across multiple datasets and systems.
• Lead reporting and analytical projects from scope and design through implementation.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for business data and analytical resources.
