Job summary

The Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) in Atlanta, GA seeks an Associate, Clinical Operations Analytics to lead analytical initiatives across Clinical Operations. You will translate business questions into actionable insights through data analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations while mentoring analysts.

You will partner with stakeholders, develop SQL-based solutions, ensure governance, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IS/Business/Stats/Management or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of reporting, analytics, or BI experience, preferably in healthcare.
• At least 5 years of experience writing and optimizing SQL queries.
• Experience translating operational workflows into data/reporting requirements.
• Strong healthcare data knowledge and reporting governance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into reporting and analytics solutions.
• Develop complex SQL queries and leverage enterprise data sources for insights.
• Lead design, development, and maintenance of analytics projects supporting Clinical Operations.
• Analyze clinical and operational data to identify trends and actionable recommendations.
• Mentor analysts and ensure clear stakeholder communication on project status and risks.
