Job summary

The Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) seeks a Consultant, Clinical Operations Analytics in Atlanta, GA. The role leads analytics initiatives within Clinical Operations, partnering with leaders to translate questions into insights through data analysis and reporting.

You will mentor analysts, manage multiple high-impact projects, and ensure reporting solutions align with governance standards while driving operational improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS/Business/Statistics/Accounting/Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years of reporting, analytics, or BI experience, preferably in healthcare.
• At least 5 years of SQL writing/optimization experience.
• Experience translating operational workflows into data/reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics solutions.
• Develop complex SQL queries using enterprise data sources to deliver insights.
• Lead design, development, and maintenance of reporting projects for Clinical Operations.
• Interpret clinical/operational data to identify trends and actionable recommendations.
• Mentor analysts and drive best practices in analytics and governance.
