Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Analytics or related field plus 1 year of BI experience.
• Experience managing analytical requests and creating analytical solutions.
• Knowledge of diagnosis and procedure codes and translating workflows into data requirements.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI and Python.

Responsibilities

• Interpret data analyses and develop insights, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Communicate results clearly to enable decision-making and provide context on data interpretations.
• Develop analytical models and validate algorithms for descriptive, correlational, inferential, and predictive analyses.
• Gather, prepare, and validate data from multiple systems; merge and extract data as needed.
• Build data-ready datasets and automate data preparation; train users and document processes.
• Use SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, and R to deliver reporting solutions.
