Centric Brands is seeking an experienced Senior BI Developer to design, build, and optimize dashboards and semantic models across SAP, Snowflake, and Power BI. You will deliver analytics used by merchandisers, planners, finance, and executives to drive multi-million-dollar decisions.

The role emphasizes frontline data products, agility, and governance, with a path to Sigma adoption and cloud-first analytics. A collaborative Data & Analytics team supports growth and training.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of BI development delivering production dashboards and data models
• 3+ years Power BI development: advanced DAX, Power Query, composite models, incremental refresh
• 2+ years working with Snowflake and cloud data warehouses
• Hands-on experience with SAP data as a reporting source (ECC/S4HANA/BW)
• A portfolio of shipped dashboards with clear business impact

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain executive dashboards and reports in Power BI and Sigma
• Build and optimize semantic models and datasets using DAX and star schemas
• Write advanced SQL against Snowflake and collaborate on ELT patterns
• Translate SAP data structures into business-friendly analytics
• Mentor analysts and lead Sigma adoption for self-service analytics
