Job summary

This role emphasizes governance, scalable infrastructure, and collaboration with data engineers and analytics teams. The position supports flexible remote work nationwide, with in-office expectations for certain locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years VMware/Linux/Azure resource management and scripting.
• 3+ years administering enterprise BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, or SSRS).
• 3+ years managing user security, RBAC, and SSO within applications.
• 3+ years performing server upgrades, patches, and migrations.
• 2+ years leveraging AI tools or automation to streamline workflows.
• 2+ years SQL databases and configurations.
• Ability to obtain NAC clearance for Federal contracts.
• BI deployments require change deployment and war room support outside core hours.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise BI environments for high availability and security.
• Install and maintain BI software on Windows and Linux servers in data centers and cloud.
• Monitor capacity and performance, resolve bottlenecks and errors.
• Manage security, RBAC, and SSO across BI tools and platforms.
• Execute upgrades, patches, migrations, and disaster recovery planning.
• Collaborate with engineers and analytics teams to optimize dashboards and workflows.
• Design and deploy AI-powered automations addressing BI challenges with responsible AI.
• Develop scripts to automate health checks and platform improvements.
