ESFM is seeking a Senior BI Analyst, Finance to partner with Finance, Operations and client teams. The role focuses on Power BI development, Power Apps and Power Automate to replace manual processes and improve decision-making.

The analyst will challenge processes, translate needs into technical solutions, and drive adoption through documentation and training while ensuring data quality and security across systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business intelligence, analytics or related field, including Finance/Operations support.
• Advanced Power BI expertise incl. Power Query, DAX, semantic modeling and security.
• Production experience deploying Power Apps and Power Automate flows for approvals, data collection and reporting.
• Proven ability to improve financial/operational outcomes through analytics or automation.
• Strong SQL skills for data discovery, transformation and validation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Operations and client teams to identify reporting needs and translate to specifications.
• Automate manual reporting, data-entry and workflows using Power BI and Power Platform.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, semantic models and paginated reports.
• Build Power Apps and Power Automate flows for data collection and approvals.
• Develop analytics for P&L, procurement, accounts receivable and working capital.
