Amazon is seeking a (Senior) Business Analyst to build data insights, automate data pipelines, and develop visualizations that inform product and program decisions.

Based in Bellevue, WA, you will partner with Product, Program, and Engineering teams to design scalable BI solutions, maintain dashboards, and mentor junior analysts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience
• 3+ years of Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
• 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
• Experience with SQL
• Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Use quantitative analysis and data presentation to understand what drives our business
• Work with large data sets to solve problems using data management tools and analytics
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design scalable BI solutions
• Identify and measure success through metrics and trends
• Build and maintain self-serve analytics and dashboards
• Identify KPIs and deliver actionable recommendations
• Mentor junior analysts in analytical techniques
