Jobgether seeks a senior BI leader to manage analytics teams, drive governance, and shape roadmaps across client portfolios. You will mentor analysts, establish standards, and partner with platform teams on dashboards, semantic models, and advanced analytics using Power BI and Databricks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related discipline.
• Experience leading BI, analytics, or data teams with mentoring ability.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on BI platform expertise and dashboard design experience.
• Power BI proficiency with data modeling and metrics standardization.
• SQL for data analysis, data validation, and QA.
• Experience with ETL and data prep tools (Alteryx).
• Familiarity with Databricks or similar enterprise platforms.
• Involvement in BI product development and analytics platforms.
• Exposure to commercial real estate or portfolio-level data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support BI analysts and account teams with best practices.
• Serve as trusted analytics advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead BI platform and product development initiatives across portfolios.
• Own analytics strategy and roadmaps for scope, timelines, and investments.
• Oversee data mapping, modeling, and integration for governance.
• Provide guidance on dashboard development, performance, and metrics.
• Manage reporting inventories, dictionaries, and delivery workflows.
• Leverage modern analytics and AI-enabled tools to automate and innovate.
• Analyze client portfolios to identify trends and value opportunities.
• Collaborate with client technology, development, and platform teams, e.g., Databricks.
• Communicate progress and risks clearly; maintain documentation and continuous improvement.
