Qualifications

• At least 10 years in data analytics, BI, and data warehousing.
• Expertise designing, building, and maintaining enterprise Power BI solutions from Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Strong DAX skills for complex calculations and analytics.
• Proficient in Power Query and SQL for ETL, modeling, analysis and performance optimization.
• Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O data structures (GL, AP, AR, SCM, Inventory).
• Experience with data integration approaches (BYOD, Dataverse, Azure Synapse Link).
• Solid data warehousing and analytical modeling fundamentals.
• Excellent communication with technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Analytical problem solving and data quality practices.
• Based in Canada with legal work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Power BI solution development: end-to-end reporting solutions using Dynamics 365 F&O data.
• Advanced data modeling and analytics with DAX, measures, and tabular models.
• Configure data pipelines and integration using BYOD, Dataverse, and Azure Synapse Link.
• Transform ERP data into actionable insights for leadership and teams.
• Develop reports for GL, AP, AR, SCM, and Inventory operations.
• Validate data quality and accuracy of reporting outputs.
• Optimize query performance and data models for enterprise scale.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align dashboards with objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting architecture and processing.
