Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Industry Designation.
• 7+ years of experience analyzing building equipment maintenance plans and strategy.
• 7+ years analyzing building equipment performance and health.
• 5+ years of experience with Power BI or equivalent.
• Or similar combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics discovery sessions with clients.
• Support solution architect in data modelling and integration work.
• Develop and deliver dashboards using Cushman & Wakefield BI Platform.
• Capture business requirements and document goals and KPIs.
• Own data governance and participate in data security program.
