Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods seeks a Sr. BI Data & Reporting Developer to lead design, development, and evolution of analytics solutions for Supply Chain operations. You will partner with business, product, and tech teams to deliver actionable insights and modernize analytics through self-service capabilities and automation.

You will mentor a team of analysts, own data models, and ensure reporting standards and data governance support critical operational decisions across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Applied Data Analytics
• 5-7 years experience in recommending and creating visualizations and self-service tools using Databricks, IBM Cognos and SQL to enable data-driven decisions
• BI platforms such as IBM Cognos and Power BI
• Value Stream Mapping Training

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops scalable analytics solutions, dashboards, visualizations, and reporting assets that align with standards
• Leads analytics data models and semantic structures with data engineering teams
• Expands self-service analytics, automation, and standardized datasets for sustainable analytics
• Maintains documentation (Confluence) of reports, data sources, lineage, and transformations
• Provides production support for supported supply chain analytics and reporting assets
• Supports collaboration with business, product, and tech teams to align requirements and outcomes
