Job summary

KKR in Boston is seeking an AVP, Business Intelligence & Analytics to lead BI, reporting, and analytics for Human Capital. You will own end-to-end delivery from requirements to deployment, shaping self-service capabilities and scalable dashboards.

You will partner with People Analytics, Data Engineering, and Technology teams to translate business questions into actionable insights, while guiding a potential junior analyst team in the future.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BI, reporting, or analytics in an enterprise setting.
• End-to-end ownership of reporting, dashboards, or analytics work.
• Strong SQL skills across multiple data sources.
• Dashboard development in Tableau/Power BI or equivalent.
• translate business questions into clear requirements and outputs.
• Experience designing intake or demand-management processes.
• Ability to collaborate with Data Engineering and Tech teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own intake and demand management for BI, reporting, and analytics requests.
• Develop frameworks to assess urgency, value, effort, and dependencies.
• Maintain visibility into backlog, capacity, and bottlenecks.
• Automate recurring requests and enable self-service solutions.
• Execute end-to-end reporting and analytics projects.
• Translate questions into requirements, analyses, and outputs.
• Design and maintain self-service dashboards using Tableau/Power BI.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Technology on data needs and quality.
• Coach junior analysts and guide Tier 1 outputs as team grows.
