KKR is hiring for an enterprise Data Operations Associate/Senior Analyst in the Boston area. The role sits in the Data Operations CoE and focuses on data analytics, reporting, and data solutions that support investment and operations decisions across the firm.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in data analytics or data science, strong SQL, and hands-on experience with Snowflake and BI tools. A collaboration mindset and interest in private markets and credit are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL with ability to write complex queries and data modeling.
• Experience with Snowflake and BI/reporting tools like Power BI, Sigma, or Tableau.
• Working knowledge of Python and data pipelines.
• Experience partnering with data engineering or technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Data Analytics & Insights: design and maintain models, dashboards and reporting for private markets and credit.
• Business Partnership: liaise with stakeholders and tech teams to translate requirements.
• SQL & Data Development: write and optimize SQL queries across sources.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: build scalable data pipelines and infra.
• Private Markets & Credit Support: deepen data coverage and analytical depth.
• Process Improvement & Automation: streamline workflows and automate tasks.
• AI & Innovation: explore AI tools to enhance workflows and reporting.
