• 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Identify and resolve process, procedure, and tool gaps to improve overall program success.

Responsabilidades

• Centralize data, metrics, and reporting across multiple sources into standardized dashboards and a centralized BI framework, establishing KPI definitions and a single source of truth.
• Own and continuously improve the Monthly Business Review (MBR) reporting process, including KPI tracking, trend and variance analysis, executive-ready insights, and coordination with stakeholders.
• Identify manual and repetitive reporting processes and develop automated solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and timeliness.
• Analyze business performance, identify trends and opportunities, and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Partner with business and technical teams to improve data consistency, validate reporting outputs, and maintain standardized reporting definitions.
• Develop scalable dashboards, self-service reporting, and analytical tools that reduce manual effort and enable faster data-informed decisions.
