Clayco in Missouri seeks a seasoned Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Data Analytics team, analyzing complex data, building visualizations, and delivering insights to guide decisions. You will work with JD Edwards data and broader ERP sources to support stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or related role.
• Tableau preferred; Power BI/Qlik/DOMO acceptable.
• Strong SQL skills; ability to query ERP schemas directly; JDE F-tables a plus.
• Python and/or R knowledge is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; able to collaborate with technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and develop data solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Create visually compelling and intuitive data visualizations for diverse stakeholders.
• Apply analytical techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into data context and recommendations.
• Understand back-end data architecture (JD Edwards) and query data for analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability via thorough validation and contextualization.
• Contribute to BI platform design, performance, security, and usability.
