Job summary

Clayton Homes is seeking a Data Analyst to maintain and govern enterprise data across Oracle ERP and AS400, ensuring accuracy and consistency to support business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, governance, and standardization while enabling reporting and process improvements.

The role requires a 0–2 year background in data management and ERP environments, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or a related field preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in data management, ERP systems, or related discipline preferred.
• Experience with Oracle ERP, AS400, or similar enterprise systems, including data governance and data quality activities preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, item, supplier, pricing, and cost-related data.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, reconciliation, and data validation skills with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, validate, and govern enterprise master, transactional, and reference data across Oracle ERP, AS400, and related business systems.
• Monitor data quality, accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with governance standards and controls.
• Research, analyze, and resolve data discrepancies, duplicates, and cross-system inconsistencies while implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain items, material, supplier, pricing, purchasing, and classification data per enterprise standards.
• Coordinate and implement approved data changes, including validation, testing, data conversion, and documentation for ERP initiatives.
• Develop and maintain data governance documentation, SOPs, data definitions, and process standards.
• Serve as a data stewardship resource, training business users and promoting data integrity across teams.
