Toll Brothers is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Enterprise Reporting & Data Analytics Team in Fort Washington, PA. You will lead the evolution of our enterprise BI platform, delivering trusted reporting, scalable analytics, and insights that drive business performance across Finance, Sales, Operations and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in BI, analytics, reporting, or related disciplines.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and data models using Power BI or comparable BI platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large/complex datasets.
• Ability to gather requirements, manage stakeholder expectations, and communicate technical concepts to business audiences and leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to create visualizations and actionable insights.
• Experience with work management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work in the office three days per week.

Responsabilités

• Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Operations, Production to understand reporting needs.
• Translate questions into analytical solutions, dashboards, and reports.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models.
• Manage and prioritize reporting requests and communicate timelines to stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of enterprise reporting assets and KPIs.
• Automate recurring reporting and data processes to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Governance to support data quality.
