Job summary

Toll Brothers in Fort Washington, PA seeks an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to lead the enterprise reporting and data analytics effort. You will collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations to deliver trusted insights and scalable analytics across the organization.

You will design and maintain Power BI reports and semantic models, automate processes, and drive self-service analytics adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or reporting.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and data models using Power BI.
• Ability to translate requirements and communicate technical concepts to business audiences.
• Experience with large and complex datasets and self-service analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Sales, Operations and other functions to define reporting needs.
• Translate business questions into analytical solutions, dashboards and reports.
• Design, develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and models.
• Manage reporting requests, timelines and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of enterprise reporting assets and KPIs.
• Automate recurring reporting and data processes to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Governance on quality and standards.
• Support self-service analytics and enterprise adoption of BI capabilities.
• Explore emerging analytics techniques and AI-enabled insights.
