Job summary

Johnson Controls in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Business Analyst IV to design and develop BI solutions using Power BI and SQL. You will work with cross‑functional teams on data discovery, dashboards, forecasting models, and automated reporting to drive enterprise decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a related business analyst or data/reporting analyst role.
• Strong Power BI dashboard development skills.
• Proficiency with DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
• Experience with Snowflake or cloud databases.
• Experience with Microsoft analytics stack (SQL Server, SSAS Tabular, Power BI, Power Query, DAX, SQL/T-SQL).
• Experience using AI tools to enhance BI development and delivery.
• Candidates must be a U.S. citizen or possess valid authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop BI solutions and dashboards using Power BI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights.
• Support analytics delivery across the organization and create scorecards.
• Write SQL queries to pull data and build visualizations.
• Ensure data quality and align with data standards and governance.
