Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a data analytics professional to build and automate reports and dashboards for quality leadership. You will blend data from ERP and eQMS systems, transform complex data into clear metrics, and drive continuous improvement using Power BI and Power Platform tools.

You will collaborate with global stakeholders, manage data projects, and communicate insights to senior leadership to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience with data analytics or business intelligence.
• Ability to build reports, scorecards, and dashboards.
• Strong SQL and data transformation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, automate, and publish reports, scorecards, and dashboards.
• Design digital solutions transforming data into clear quality metrics (CoPQ, PPM).
• Collaborate with ERP and eQMS data sources to blend data for analysis.
• Drive process improvements using Power Platform tools to increase efficiency.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
