Job summary

Eversource Energy in the Northeast is hiring a data analytics professional to build and maintain performance dashboards and reports for senior leaders. You will gather data from multiple sources, ensure quality, and deliver insights that influence strategic decisions.

The role requires 5–8 years of related experience, strong Power BI and SQL skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams. Occasional travel to MA/CT/NH and readiness for emergencies are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in computer science, engineering, finance, accounting, economics, mathematics or related quantitative field.
• 5–8 years of related experience in data analysis or analytics.
• Proficiency in Power BI for reports and data visualization.
• Working knowledge of information systems and data quality best practices.
• Experience writing SQL; Python or similar language desirable.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain performance measurements, reporting and analyses for leaders across regions.
• Develop new tools and data solutions to align strategy and drive decisions.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI visualizations.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and write SQL queries.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and efficiency.
• Travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary and support emergency restoration work.
