Job summary

PenFed Credit Union is hiring a Hybrid Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst, Operations. You will collect and analyze Operations data, build KPIs, dashboards, and reports across CRM and call center platforms to support decision makers.

You will modernize reporting solutions, write optimized queries, and mentor junior analysts as you collaborate with BI and data science teams to deepen data accessibility and insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years in a data warehouse/cloud data environment.
• Strength in SQL and data visualization platforms.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and translate into data and reporting needs.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reports for operations and contact center.
• Mentor junior analysts and collaborate across divisions.
• Design and maintain reports, ad hoc queries, and BI tools.
• Monitor trends and support data-driven decisions.
