Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Complete knowledge and understanding of business area/specialization.
• Advanced skill using business intelligence applications and cloud services.
• Advanced knowledge of reporting capabilities of ERP/CRM/database software.
• Advanced skill using statistical methods, forecasting, cost-benefit analysis.
• Advanced data manipulation across multiple tables.
• Effective data integration, cleaning and validation.
• Ability to communicate data analysis and visualizations to nontechnical and senior audiences.
• Experience with Python and R.
• Strong storytelling through visuals and words.
• Strong research and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple sources to drive insights.
• Identify trends and prepare ongoing reports and data visualizations for decisions.
• Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, dashboards, and BI solutions.
• Produce actionable reports showing KPIs and root causes.
• Provide data-driven forecasts of costs, risks, and profits for new initiatives.
• Communicate findings and provide business strategy recommendations.
• Respond to ad-hoc report requests within the business area.
• Create report specifications based on business needs and data elements.
• Build relationships with team members and subject matter experts.
• Lead small projects and initiatives.
