Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Principal Analyst in the All-Star Legal Team to build advanced BI solutions and AI-driven analytics. You will deliver executive dashboards, AI-enabled insights, and scalable data pipelines to support strategic decisions across the Legal department.

The role requires extensive experience in BI tools, data visualization, and data governance, with strong collaboration skills and the ability to translate complex questions into practical business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree + 7 years of related work experience.
• 7–10 years’ experience with business intelligence tools.
• 7–10 years’ experience in reporting & analyzing performance & data visualization (Tableau; PowerBI).
• 2+ years’ recent experience manipulating data and developing data interactions through AI tools such as MSFT Copilot, ChatGPT and/or Claude.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Services, Databricks, Data Governance, Data Modeling, Data Pipeline Development, A/B Testing, Ad Hoc Analysis.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Transform complex business questions into actionable insights using data from multiple sources.
• Design and deliver executive dashboards, reporting solutions, AI-driven analytics, and AI tools.
• Identify trends and risks; translate findings into recommendations to improve efficiency and financial performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders early to define requirements and ensure measurement is embedded in design.
• Deliver KPIs across Legal teams to drive data-informed decisions.
• Improve data quality, AI capabilities, and analytics processes for scalable decision support.
• Serve as trusted advisor to influence business strategy and prioritize initiatives.
• Lead or contribute to strategic projects and scalable data pipelines.
