Qualifications

• 7+ years in BI, Finance analytics, or enterprise data solutions.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP platforms and cross-system data flows.
• Advanced SQL mastery for complex queries and reconciliations.
• Experience designing dashboards and BI data models in Tableau/Power BI.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and data governance guidance.
• Experience leading UAT, testing, and business readiness activities.
• Ability to communicate complex topics to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into functional and data requirements.
• Design, build, and maintain Finance dashboards and BI data models.
• Analyze end-to-end processes and reconcile data across ERP, CRM, and data warehouse.
• Optimize dashboard usability and data refresh schedules for reliability.
• Lead workstreams through design, testing, and stakeholder sign-off.
• Support automated monitoring and data-quality controls in Finance reporting.
• Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams across disciplines.
