Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology or related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in a data analytics field.
- Understanding of data analytics and technology in a credit union environment; knowledge of SQL and databases (Snowflake, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS).
- Interest in AI, ML, and predictive analytics using R, Python, or other tools.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data analysis and reporting solutions.
- Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources.
- Design and create dashboards/reports using Power BI for stakeholders.
- Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends and actionable insights for strategic decisions.
- Support development of statistical models and predictive analytics to forecast trends and risks.
