Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 4+ years of relevant experience and advanced analytics abilities.
• Strong SQL, data tools, and analytical methodologies.
• Ability to translate insights to non-technical audiences.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver analytics, dashboards, and data models to support key decisions.
• Translate complex problems into analytical frameworks and metrics.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Integrate diverse data sources for comprehensive performance views.
• Partner with stakeholders to align solutions with strategic priorities.
• Enhance BI tools, processes, and data structures.
• Define and standardize metrics, KPIs, and reporting approaches.
• Perform deep-dive analyses and prototype solutions to test hypotheses.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts.
